DESCRIPTION:The ECC Luxembourg\, in cooperation with the Luxembourg Office of the European Parliament and the Representation of the European Commission in Luxembourg\, invites you to its next “Midi du consommateur européen” on \nWednesday\, September 23rd 2020 \nFrom 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm in the form of a Webinar  \nOnline\, you will have the opportunity to listen and ask your questions to Ms. Kelly Mulombe and Mr. Jean Loup-Stradella\, lawyers from the European Consumer Centre Luxembourg\, to Ms. Aline Rosenbaum\, lawyer at the Union Luxembourgeoise des Consommateurs (ULC)\, as well as to Ms. Margarita Tuch\, Head of Information Systems\, management of the ODR platform of the European Commission. \nPresentations will be made in French and English and questions may be asked in French\, German\, English and Luxembourgish. \nPlease register via the link ZOOM by following the practical information below \n  \nYou can actively participate in the webinar by asking your questions on ZOOM or simply follow it live on the Facebook pages of the European Consumer Centre Luxembourg (@CECluxembourg)\, the Representation of the European Commission in Luxembourg (@UEauLuxembourg)\, and the Luxembourg Office of the European Parliament (@parlement.europeen.luxembourg).  \nTo ask your questions interactively\, register via  ZOOM (with your name and email address). You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to participate in the webinar. \nPresentations will be in French\, questions may be asked in French\, Luxembourgish\, German and English. \nGeneral guidelines:   \n\nWhen you participate in the Zoom webinar\, you first arrive in a waiting room by clicking on the link in your confirmation email.\nAs soon as the debate begins\, you will be admitted to join the discussion.
