The ECC Luxembourg, in cooperation with the Luxembourg Office of the European Parliament and the Representation of the European Commission in Luxembourg, invites you to its next “Midi du consommateur européen” on
Wednesday, September 23rd 2020
From 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm in the form of a Webinar
Online, you will have the opportunity to listen and ask your questions to Ms. Kelly Mulombe and Mr. Jean Loup-Stradella, lawyers from the European Consumer Centre Luxembourg, to Ms. Aline Rosenbaum, lawyer at the Union Luxembourgeoise des Consommateurs (ULC), as well as to Ms. Margarita Tuch, Head of Information Systems, management of the ODR platform of the European Commission.
Presentations will be made in French and English and questions may be asked in French, German, English and Luxembourgish.

You can actively participate in the webinar by asking your questions on ZOOM or simply follow it live on the Facebook pages of the European Consumer Centre Luxembourg (@CECluxembourg), the Representation of the European Commission in Luxembourg (@UEauLuxembourg), and the Luxembourg Office of the European Parliament (@parlement.europeen.luxembourg).
To ask your questions interactively, register via ZOOM (with your name and email address). You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to participate in the webinar.
Presentations will be in French, questions may be asked in French, Luxembourgish, German and English.
- When you participate in the Zoom webinar, you first arrive in a waiting room by clicking on the link in your confirmation email.
- As soon as the debate begins, you will be admitted to join the discussion. As a participant, the sound and image on your computer will be disabled.
- After the various interventions, you can use Zoom’s “Free Hand” function to ask your questions. The moderator will then give you the opportunity to join the webinar discussion with sound and image to ask your question yourself.
