The NEB is the national authority which monitors the enforcement of the European rights of air passengers. The NEBs were established by European Regulation Nr. 261/2004.

In case of refusal of your complaint by the airline or no reply within six weeks, you may fill in a complaint form and send it with supporting documents to the competent national authority. This authority is always the one of the country in which the incident took place.

In Luxembourg, the designated authority is the Ministry of Economy, Directorate for Internal Market and Consumer Affairs (Ministère de l’Economie, Direction du marché intérieur et de la consommation).
