Consumer and customer questionnaire on Digital Product Passport

This survey was developed within the Horizon Europe Circular Economy Resource Information System (CE-RISE) project. CE-RISE aims to:

1. help businesses to successfully implement circular strategies,
2. reduce waste generation by prolonging the use of resources within products, and
3. optimise the use of recovered or recycled materials.

As a potential user of the information service which we are developing, understanding your information needs is vital to the success of this project.  This questionnaire was developed to identify the requirements and needs of consumers (B2C) and customers (B2B) concerning the Digital Product Passport (DPP) – especially in relation to reuse, repair, refurbish, remanufacture, repurpose and recycle of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) – as well as to analyse and understand the importance of social and environmental impacts.
